Free yoga classes for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive disorders. AUM yoga teachers and yoga therapists work with patients and their caregivers to provide yoga-based practices to help delay the progression of memory disorders and provide strategies for memory improvement.

Funded by a grant from the National Parkinson Foundation, these classes assist individuals with Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and related health challenges to manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, and increase vitality.
Join Melinda for a series of MELT classes using balls and rollers that will erase stress and tension and help keep you active and pain-free.
Our community clinics are open to everyone who can commit to attending at least four clinic sessions within a two-month period. Each appointment is about one hour long, and you will receive an individualized treatment plan. All sessions are free.
Private sessions are completely individualized and take into consideration your level of flexibility, fitness, and strength, as well as any injuries or ailments. The practice is designed to meet your specific needs.

AUM Home Shala is committed to the development of Yoga 4 Youth programs designed for underserved student populations. We introduce yoga programs in schools in the fall, as a means of helping youngsters manage test stress as they prepare for the Florida Comprehensive Aptitude Test (FCAT) administered in the second semester.
