    What participants are saying…

    Yoga teacher training March 17

“I was grateful to have chosen Aum hOMe Shala to complete my 200 hours. It was very convenient, flexible, and allowed you to complete the program spread out based on your schedule, which is great for someone like me who works full-time and has a family. The director and staff are wonderful, passionate, knowledgeable and helpful. … What I loved most was the fact that the information given [was] very vast. You learn about the philosophy, anatomy, and methodology of yoga, you learn how to develop thorough yoga protocols and sequences specific to all types of conditions. You learn about the precautions and contraindications of different conditions, modifications and adjustments.” —J.T.
