DONATION-BASED MONTHLY CLASS SERIES
A minimum of four students is required for a class to proceed. In the event of class cancellation, students will receive a full refund. No refunds are available after attending the first class, and no make-up sessions will be provided for canceled classes.
Tuition: $40 per monthly series.

Journey through the Self ~ Pranayama with Adam Flores on Zoom!
Wednesdays from 7–8 PM (EST): June 3, 10, 17, & 24, 2026
Discover the transformative power of breath.
Our pranayama-based group sessions cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, focus, and meditation through the exploration of the chakra energy system. Using gentle movement, visualization, sound, and mindful body-based check-ins, you’ll learn practical breathing tools to support a sustainable, personalized yoga practice.

Adam Flores, CCPA, C-IAYT, E-RYT® 500, YACEP®, is a dedicated yoga therapist and educator with over 20 years of practice. A lifelong yogi, he completed his foundational training at Laughing Lotus NYC and later earned his 500-hour certification with Atmananda Miami, followed by advanced Yoga Therapy training at AUM hOMe Shala. Guided by a deep love for yoga and herbal medicine, Adam has taught extensively in both private and community settings. His work includes developing yoga therapy and wellness programs for cancer patients and low-income communities across the Caribbean, where he integrates Ayurvedic principles to support whole-person healing. Now based on the Treasure Coast, Adam serves as a Chiropractic Assistant and designs therapeutic somatic programsfor detox and rehabilitation facilities. His passion lies in using yoga as a pathway for empowerment, resilience, and social change, offering free yoga and yoga therapy services to marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness, individuals in recovery, and people in incarcerated settings.
Yoga Therapy for Chronic Pain with Kathleen on Zoom!
Tuesdays from 7-8 PM Eastern Time: July 7, 14, 21, & 28, 2026
Gentle movement to keep muscles and joints supple, breath work to relax the nervous system, and meditation to reduce pain. Using the tools of neuroplasticity and brain remapping, you will experience a reduction in pain and stress while developing resilience. During this 4-session program, we will explore common yoga practices to address neck pain, back pain, hip and knee pain. All levels. Great for beginners as well as those who have an ongoing yoga practice. An opportunity to relax and renew while taking time and space for yourself, to reduce the triggers that accompany chronic pain.

Kathleen Ross-Allee, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, brings 35+ years of experience as a health and wellness professional. Since 2020, she has served as a Yoga Therapist and Clinical Health Educator at The Center for Healthy Living, Kaiser Permanente/Woodland Hills, where she supports individuals with diverse health conditions and co-developed the center’s Smoking Cessation group program. Kathleen has designed yoga therapy and exercise programs for cancer patients throughout Southern California—including Tower Cancer Research Foundation, Cedars-Sinai Tower Hematology, Cedars-Sinai Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Center, USC Keck, and USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. From 2010–2023, she was Managing Director, Lead Instructor, and Subject Matter Expert for Larry Payne’s Yoga Therapy Rx programs at Loyola Marymount University, where she also completed her C-IAYT training. She founded Leen Bodies Yoga Therapy and Fitness in 1992.

Yoga Therapy for Neuroplasticity sessions for seniors, merging mindfulness, physical, and occupational therapy to enhance cognitive function. Our program, led by a certified Yoga Therapist, promotes improved physical and mental health, including neuroplasticity, strength, flexibility, reduced stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and better sleep patterns.
Grisell B. Gonzalez, B.A., C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, is a yoga therapist with a degree in Art History from the University of Washington. She has earned a 1,000-Hour Clinical Yoga Therapy Certification and a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from AUM Home Shala in Florida, as well as a 200-Hour Yoga and Meditation Teaching Certification from Ananda Washington. Grisell specializes in yoga therapy for Parkinson’s disease, neuroplasticity, and spinal health conditions. She also has expertise in Tai Chi and Qigong for health.
