I run at the gym. I did not notice this at first but suddenly I felt much easier to breathe while running last week. Since I started the class, I am more conscious of my breathing in daily life. I wonder that affected breathing while running too. – TO
Pranayama and breathing exercises, and actually just bringing awareness to the process of breathing is paramount for good health – and it’s no coincidence that this class comes at a time when the world is dealing with a disease that affects how one breathes! As the adage goes: breath is life. These ancient practices and knowledge are desperately needed in the world right now and Adam’s instruction and care is the perfect vehicle to bring these invaluable practices up to date. – JR
I look forward to going deeper into learning and understanding about pranayama processes with Adam. I think this is very valuable and important work for all of us at this time on the planet. I am extremely grateful for having been able to take this class! – MH
This class helped me develop greater lung capacity. I had a lung ablation several years ago for a small lung caner that left scar tissue and a reduced ability to breath, I am now able to breath deeply for a much longer period of time. JB
