Ayurveda and Digestion: East Meets West August 2 – 22, 2024

with Melinda Atkins, Adam Flores, and Amba Greene

Change your relationship to food and improve your digestion in just one weekend!

“AUM Home Shala has the best quality of teachers, they fuse Western medicine and Eastern philosophy to give us the whole tools to work with people who need it.” —E.G.

“Amba is an amazing teacher. She really connected with us well and taught the class in a very profound and understanding way. She made me feel at ease and her ability to invite us to share and ask questions was very helpful. I walked away with a great grasp on Ayurveda and digestion and feel confident enough to have that as a first strong foundation on the subjects.” —E. O.

“I loved that we focused on dissecting the philosophy of the Ayurveda and identifying how the concepts work rather than memorizing lists of information. It was practice, simple and accessible.” —A. F.
